4A Games has announced that the excellent Metro Exodus will be getting a PS5 release in 2021, with a number of enhancements. And, for existing owners a free upgrade will be available.
The PS5 version of Metro Exodus will feature a number of visual enhancements that were previously only available on PC. The inclusion of ray-tracing, faster frame-rates, an increased resolution, and reduced loading times will all be included in Metro Exodus on PS5. More specific details haven’t been revealed right now, but we can expect to hear more as we get closer

Metro Exodus released back in February 2019 and revitalised the franchise, expanding the world with more open levels and more realistic animations and gameplay. We loved it in our review and gave it a strong 8.5. You can read our full review of the game here.
Metro Exodus is available now on PS4 and will release for PS5 in 2021.
