Techland has announced that Dying Light 2: Stay Human will allow PS4 owners to freely upgrade to the PS5 version of the game, although the company reiterated that Cross-Play & Cross-Gen will not be featured, at least not initially.
Speaking in a new press release ahead of the game’s launch next month, Techland did confirm that the game will boast “many additions and improvements” throughout the course of its five-year post-launch roadmap.
While co-op cross-play between Sony and Microsoft platforms, and between the different generations of each, will not be supported at launch, many additions and improvements are planned across the promised five years of post-launch support.
