The PlayStation Store has gone live with the PS5 upgrade for Bethesda’s much-loved The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Bethesda is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its critically acclaimed fantasy-RPG today, so naturally, it’s bringing the game to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. After all, the game has been released on pretty much every platform to date, bar your kitchen toaster.
Those of you who own The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition on PS4 will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free, and you can also grab the Anniversary Edition for a discounted price. This version of theme includes the full game, all DLC, plus an extra batch of content in the shape of the Creation Club goodies.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim launched on November 11, 2011 for PS3, PC, and Xbox 360, and was supported by three major expansions – Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
