Deep Silver has confirmed that Saints Row: The Third Remastered will get a PS5 release on May 25, 2021, with a free upgrade available for all existing owners.
This version of the game will run at dynamic 4K resolution at 60 frames-per-second. Loading times will be improved thanks to the PS5’s SSD and the DualSense controller will glow purple to represent the Saints. It doesn’t look like the game will utilise the controller’s unique haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, however.
We enjoyed Saint’s Row: The Third Remastered when it released on PS4 even if the experience was a bit dated in a few ways. You can read our review here. This remaster was leaked yesterday thanks to the trophy list appearing early.
