Knockout City Is Officially Coming To PS5 With 4K & Up To 120 FPS On Nov. 2

Knockout City is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 2, 2021, developer Velan Studios has announced. The news comes soon after the game was confirmed as part of the PS Plus November 2021 free games lineup.

The Dodgebrawl romp will boast a number of enhancements for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, including improved resolution and frame rate. Here’s what’s on offer:

  • PS5™: Native 4K at 60FPS, or 1440p (upscaled to 4K) at 120FPS
  • Xbox Series X: Native 4K at 60FPS, or 1620p (upscaled to 4K) at 120FPS
  • Xbox Series S: 1440p at 60FPS, or 1080p at 120FPS

Elsewhere, Knockout City features improved graphics and lighting effects, with new features such as area lights, ball lights, particle lights, improved global illumination, and local light shadows. Players will also benefit from high fidelity textures, which were previously only available on PC and Xbox Series X versions of the game.

Finally, as expected, Knockout City will be available on Sony and Microsoft’s latest systems as a free upgrade for PS4 and Xbox One owners.
