UPDATE – here it is!
Striking Distance Studios will be debuting an extended red band trailer for upcoming horror romp The Callisto Protocol later today. The game was first announced at The Game Awards 2020 last Thursday night, where we caught a glimpse of a brief teaser.
The game’s official Discord channel will be revealing the extended footage at 10.00am PST/1.00pm EST today, and will also be joined by a live stream featuring Glen Schofield and Steve Papoutsis. In case you don’t know your history, both of them were previously responsible for Dead Space (2008) so they’ve definitely got the horror chops to make this one a stunner.
The Callisto Protocol is still in the early stages of development for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S and will launch at some point in 2022.

Many have labelled The Callisto Protocol a spiritual successor to Dead Space, which sounds great, although interesting enough it appears to take place in the same universe as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds of all things.
We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this one for sure.
