Suicide Squad PS4 Release

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is set in the same universe as the Batman Arkham games. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the latest title from Batman Arkham developers Rocksteady Games, was officially shown off at the DC FanDome event and now we know a little bit more about it.

During the game’s presentation, Creative Director and Co-founder of Rocksteady Studios Sefton Hill confirmed that Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League takes place in the same universe of their own Batman Arkham franchise. Hill didn’t get into specifics but we can only assume that the game takes place after the events of Arkham Knight which released on PS4 back in 2015.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is a one to four-player action-adventure shooter which sees the Suicide Squad pit themselves against Earth’s Mightiest Heroes after what we can only assume are under some kind of mind-control by DC Comics supervillain Brainiac.

Only four characters have officially been confirmed playable: Deadshot, Harley Quinn, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang. Only Superman was shown from the Justice League but during the presentation it was also revealed that The Flash will also be a villain.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is set to release for PS5 sometime in 2022.
