A new job listing posted by WB Games Montreal has seemingly confirmed that the studio is working on an unannounced AAA game alongside the existing Gotham Knights. We’ve already heard murmurs about a second title, and it looks like it’s happening.
The new role is for a Senior Gameplay AI Programmer, and is described as follows:
In this role you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and optimisation of AI cross-platform and algorithms, including the behaviour of non-player characters and navigation in the game.

The game is heavily rumoured to be Superman, although there’s been no confirmation of this at present. Given the company’s history with DC licenses though, we wouldn’t be surprised if they were the ones looking to give The Man of Steel a shot at his own video game.
In the meantime, Gotham Knights is scheduled for release later this year for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
