WB Game Montreal has debuted the long-awaited Gotham Knights gameplay trailer featuring Nightwing and Red Hood in action. The trailer comes alongside confirmation that the superhero title is skipping PS4 and Xbox One.

Gotham Knights is pencilled in for a October 25, 2022 launch on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
Gotham Knights takes place in Gotham City following the apparent death of Bruce Wayne/Batman and Police Commissioner James Gordon. As a result, the metropolis has been plagued by a new wave of crime, which sees superheroes Rightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood teaming up to continue the Dark Knight’s legacy and restore peace to Gotham City.

This task won’t be easy, however, as the heroes find themselves battling against super villains such as the Court of Owls, Mr. Freeze, and Penguin. While four-player co-op was listed on the PS Store recently, it appears that Gotham Knights will remain two-player only in this respect.
